Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Tic Tac Slime app (app ID game.blackred.squares, “the app”), developed by alhanyk (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

2. Online play and conduct

When playing online, you agree not to:

• use offensive, hateful or misleading player names;
• cheat, use bots or modified versions of the app, or exploit bugs;
• interfere with the game’s servers or other players’ games.

We may change names that break these rules and limit or end access to online play for players who break them.

3. Virtual items

Crystals, drops, tokens and other items you win in the game are part of the gameplay. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and may be lost if you delete the app or its data.

4. Advertising

Some versions of the app show ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the websites and apps they lead to.

5. Availability and changes

Online features need an internet connection and depend on third-party services. We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its art, characters, music, sounds and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the app or your inability to use it.

9. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store’s terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
